WEDDING DAY
- Overall design concepts to maintain fluidity throughout event.
- Suggestions and direction based on style and budget once design concept is complete.
- Venue diagram.
- Attendance in floral meetings. Communication with this vendor when necessary to keep all on the same page.
- Color coding for décor purposes to communicate with florist for ease of set on wedding day.
- Mock set to visualize what will be present on event day.
- Communication and coordination with florist, decorator, other vendors involved to bring in all aspects.
- Collection of all personal items the week of the event to be set on the event day.
- Table and chair set up at venue. (incurs additional cost)
- Décor and personal item set at venue to coordinate with other vendors.
- Breakdown at end of the event.
- Removal of rental items and loading or removal of personal items.
Our Décor Package is perfect as an add on to some of the less-involved wedding planning packages, or as a stand-alone package. This package really gets your creative juices flowing and brings out your personal style to make sure no matter what event you’re planning, it truly represents your personality or the bottom line of what it should be. The Ashley & Co. team will build design boards, pull inspiration from previous clients and locate new inventory to make sure this speaks to you. Sometimes it just takes a fresh mind to bring out the best in what you’re style is, and that is one of our favorite things to do!
